I just had to add another small blog that lets you know of the vast beauty in Wyo. and Col. I saw it this morning. When I say vast, that is exactly what it is. The beauty is so large and unspoiled here. Yes, there are fences but for the most part you only see how big things are out here. The bluffs and rock outcroppings are amazing! I think everyone in this country should see the beauty that is their land. I just have to say awesome! Because I don't have a digital camera with me, I resorted to taking some pictures with my cell phone. I don't know if I can get them on my computer so I can put them on the blog. I have Sonofatrucker working on that, and if it can be done he will find a way.
Happy motoring to you all.

Just found out today when I read son's comment that you were heading to WY. I was hoping soooo much that that you would have gotten a camera by this time...think I hinted before you left that you should take a camera, but you were not keen on the idea!!!
Can't believe that you have also seen CO today, Have told a million people but maybe not you that CO is my favorite state in the US. You could spend a month there and not see all of the great things there. Wyoming,(esp. Jasper) Idaho, Montana and North and South Dakota are on my list of must see states!!!!! You are so right about the country being different out there..I took tons of pictures just right out of the front window as we drove around!!!
So glad you got back on and did a blog. Thanks!!! Hey are you ready for another rest in a motel yet??? Sleeping on washing machine getting any better??? Have you run into any snow yet..or any or the reminants of the latest hurricaine...like tons of rain???
I see wheere you have gotten more comments and also was hoping that you would be able to get computer out and see them also!!!
Gee, somehow I missed your Thur blog til after I made comment to this blog. I only knew you were going to WI because sonof asked you to get him a stetson. That had to be an over the phone(going to WY) comment as it does not appear in your blog. (I kept thinking I really wanted one too...but know that they have to fit and it is not something that I need!!!) Just had no idea that you had posted twice...even though I check your blog every day!!!!
Believe it or not I did preview my post to your Fri. blog and did not catch word murdered in last paragraph!!!
My one trip out west - years past now - was a reality check for me. Yes it was pretty. But I was not prepared for how vast it was. Getting on the interstate in SC the directional signs to the nearest city are rarely more than 100 miles and usually 50 or less. Our state is eat up with small towns even where there aren't proper cities. Not out west. Just miles and miles of nothing. I headed south from Salt Lake City on my trip, heading for Park City. The highway sign I happened to see announced that LA was 500 miles away. With nothing in between. You couldn't drive 500 miles between the farthest corners of SC. Better you than me, Truckerman. Keep rollin' and be safe.
